Sex Criminals introduces Suzie, who can stop time when she has sex. This volume started out great with a really cool concept, but overall the story didn’t do much for me. I wanted more of the main character, Suzie, without Jon.
The minute she meets him, Jon starts to show up everywhere— and I just wanted to focus on Suzie after a while.
And I was only really invested in Suzie’s parts from her childhood, so I started to feel disconnected when the volume shifted to the present situation.
